Terms of Service

  • All commissions are for personal use only. Reproduction or sharing for commercial use & profit is absolutely prohibited.​

    • Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve the right to use commission work for my portfolio or website as examples. 

      • Credit will be given to their respective owners for original content wherever possible.

        • I will not claim ownership of your original designs, characters, etc.​​

  • Personal information ( Legal names, addresses and contact ) will be kept confidential. ​

  • Removal of watermarks is prohibited.

  • If you post any of my work, please credit and link back to my BlueSky (@asliceofjay) or twitch.

  • I reserve all rights to my artwork.

  • All payments will be procesed via Paypal.

  • All works will be delivered as "digital goods"

  • Terms of Service are subject to change.

Commission Steps

  1. Please make sure you read the Terms of Service + Additional information on my website.

  2. By filling out a commission form, you are agreeing to the TOS and understand the steps involved.

  3. If accepted, you will be contacted via email. At this stage you can:

    • Provide further details of your commission. Character sheets with at least a front, back and side profile are preffered. If a character sheet is not handy, please provide as many pictures as possible, or be as descriptive in writing as possible to guarantee accuracy. 

  4. A rough sketch will be made and sent for approval based on the initial agreed-upon description.​ During this phase:​

    • Any minor changes can be discussed before approval. Any changes made after the approval will be considered a revision. If necessary, conversations may be documented for proof of approval.​

    • A maximum of ​2 major revisions will be given for free. Additional major revisions will incur an extra fee. 

      • Major revisions include;​ Change of pose, background, outfits, etc.. ie. any work that requires redrawing significant portions of the commission.

  5. ​​​Once the sketch has been approved, a Paypal invoice will be sent.​ Work will begin once the payment has been made in full. Refunds will not be accepted past this point.​

  6. Completed work will be sent via email in a high resolution JPEG/PNG/GIF format. For easier delivery, files will be compressed in either a .ZIP or .RAR archive. 

  7. If the payment has not yet been paid in full, the finished commission will not be sent.
